With over ten years in the restaurant industry and a passion for spirits and wine, Cesar is ready to refine and renew the bar program at Eugene’s Gulf Coast Cuisine by bringing seasonal wines and cocktails to our clientele. His attention is all about the guests and through his efforts he strives to make every visit to Eugene’s a memorable dining experience.
After working in Italian and French cuisine over the last few years, Cesar shifted his focus to the Gulf Coast. His goal is to take past industry experiences and grassroots feedback from Eugene’s loyal customer base to help build a unique and fun beverage program. In his own words, “Working with the Teas family - it feels like the right place to grow.” We are thrilled to have Cesar as our bar manager and look forward to what his development will bring!
